Quality GP12 Operator 1st Shift PHA Michigan LLC Auburn Hills, MI Job Details Full-time $16.50 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description PHA Michigan is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable 1st Shift (6:00a-2:30p) Quality GP12 Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing end-of-line quality inspections and ensuring products meet company and customer standards before being placed into stock. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and take pride in maintaining quality and accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Review all products for nonconforming parts. Maintain proper counts and complete work sheets correctly. Report all scrap or rejected material. Assist the Team Lead in achieving schedule requirements. Use and read measuring equipment as required, includes gauges, rulers, calipers, strip gauges and visual aids. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
All the above functions require varying degrees of independence, judgement, and discretion and the ability to be mobile within the work area.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous assembly or production experience preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Due to the nature of this role and applicable safety and labor laws, only candidates who are 18 years of age or older will be considered. Sponsorship for employment is not available for this position. About PHA Michigan LLC About PHA Co.
