CNC Setup Tech- 2nd shift Micro Gauge Brighton, MI Job Details Full-time $26 - $28 an hour 3 days ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Fanuc CNC milling machine Manufacturing Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description Due to continually growth we are looking for a Set-up Tech for the Brighton, MI Mueller/Micro Gauge location. Schedule is 2 pm to 10 pm Monday - Friday. Pay is based on experience.
SUMMARY:
Provides engineering support for all aspects of assigned product line to ensure functionality, quality, cost, and schedule requirements by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Provides support to manufacturing to ensure product is fabricated and assembled based on the intended functionality of the design. Performs initial setup of lathes, mills, and broaches. Utilizes machine tooling and work holding Handles setup of process flows. Utilizes initial job specific machine set up instructions for job books. Maintains existing processes. Performs minor gauge troubleshooting and repair. Assists in correcting quality and production problems.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) : or five to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
