Job Description

Resource MFG is seeking reliable Assemblers to join our team in the Cadillac area! In this role, you will Inspect and build parts/products by putting components together on a production line.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts using hand tools or machines Follow work instructions / process sheets Check parts for defects (quality inspection) Keep up with production speed goals Pack or move finished products Keep work area clean and safe Report problems to supervisor Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Teamwork (you work in a line) Basic math + communication Fast hands / good coordination
