Repack Operator

Shipping / Materials We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused Repack Operator to join our team. In this role, you will support production, packaging, and shipping operations by ensuring products are accurately repacked, labeled, and prepared for shipment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining quality standards, meeting customer requirements, and supporting a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Repack and prepare products according to customer specifications Ensure all containers are labeled correctly and contain accurate quantities Operate material handling equipment (Hi-Lo / forklift) safely Perform scan gun functions including splitting and combining inventory Verify shipments using customer pick sheets Locate parts in inventory and identify components for finished goods Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all work instructions and company procedures Support shipping, receiving, and dock operations as needed Identify and report unsafe conditions Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environmental policies Adapt to additional assignments as needed to support operations Qualifications Ability to read and follow instructions with attention to detail Strong communication skills with team members and supervisors Basic math and problem-solving abilities Experience operating a forklift (Hi-Lo) safely and efficiently Ability to perform RF scanning and basic computer input functions Repack and prepare products according to customer specifications Ensure all containers are labeled correctly and contain accurate quantities Operate material handling equipment (Hi-Lo / forklift) safely
