In this energetic role, you will be responsible for operating embroidery machines to create high-quality custom apparel and accessories. Your attention to detail and passion for craftsmanship will ensure each product meets our standards of excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to delivering exceptional finished goods to our customers. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines, ensuring proper thread colors, stabilizers, and design files are loaded correctly Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch quality, and overall appearance, making corrections when necessary Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards at all times Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and resolve technical issues promptly Document production details, including machine settings, run times, and any maintenance performed Assist with basic garment construction or sewing tasks when required to support overall manufacturing processes Requirements Proven experience operating embroidery or sewing machines in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Strong knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques Familiarity with sewing machine maintenance and troubleshooting skills Prior warehouse experience is preferred, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality embroidered products Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards This role is paid and offers an engaging environment where your craftsmanship makes a real impact.
