In this energetic role, you will operate and maintain various plastic processing equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality plastic components. Your expertise will drive efficiency, uphold safety standards, and support our commitment to innovative material solutions. Responsibilities Operate production and processing equipment used in plastic compounding operations. Monitor machines and production lines to ensure proper operation and product quality. Load raw materials and monitor material flow during production. Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards. Perform basic equipment cleaning and changeovers when required. Identify and report equipment issues or production problems to supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company safety standards. Assist with packaging, labeling, and moving finished materials. Safely operate forklifts or other material handling equipment (training provided if required). Qualifications Prior manufacturing or production experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment. Strong attention to detail and safety. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic mechanical aptitude preferred. Must be willing and able to work any shift, including overtime when needed. Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts. High school diploma Benefits Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds . Ability to work around machinery, noise, heat, and other conditions typical in a manufacturing environment. Frequent walking, reaching, bending, and lifting may be required.

From $17.50 per hour
