Overview We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating various types of machinery, including CNC and stamping presses, and possess mechanical knowledge to ensure the efficient production of high-quality components. This role is essential in maintaining our commitment to precision and excellence in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Operate and monitor CNC machines, stamping presses, and lathes to produce components according to specifications. Set up machines for production runs, including loading materials and adjusting settings as necessary. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure adherence to GD&T standards. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime. Troubleshoot machine issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and procedures. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing facility. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Familiarity with CNC machining, stamping presses, lathes, and other manufacturing equipment. Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Understanding of GD&T principles is preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
