This position is for 2nd shift: Monday-Friday with some

Saturdays:

3:30pm-12:00amResponsible for safe part handling, mold operations as directed, post mold operations and secondary operations toproduce a quality part.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Remove parts from press.2.Part quality - attention to detail during part production or secondary work3. Receive training and follow operator instructions during molding or assembly4. Communicates when a part does not match approved sample5. Install preloads or other items as necessary for the molding process6. Trim or assemble or otherwise prepare parts to specification.7. Package parts in correct fashion and to correct count.8. Record job specifics and scrap totals on tally sheets9. Utilize computer for time recording and job assignment accounting.10. Clean work area.11. Awareness of regulatory and customer requirements as it pertains to Omega's clients, especially for Omega'smedical clients (ref.

Essential Functions:

Work performed in an office and manufacturing plant environment. Normal mobility to move aroundan office environment, able to conduct normal amount of work at a computer. Frequently exposed tovarying temperatures within plant depending upon external weather conditions. Frequently walks,stands, grips/grasps, bends/stoops, crouches, and lifts and carries up to fifty-five (55) poundsroutinely throughout the day. This role is required to be on-site 5-6 days at the Clinton Twp, MI location. Qualifications 1 year of Plastic Injection Machine Operator experience preferred.

CompensationThe expected pay range for this position is $16 - $17/hourCompensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location.
