Responsibilities Package and pack product according to specifications and customer needs. Completing paperwork and reporting with accuracy and efficiency. Following all required procedures and policies to ensure quality product. Clear communication with team members and lead operators. Interpret and follow directions as given through information from paperwork. Develop and grow with product knowledge. Setting up orders and size changes accordingly. Other duties as needed from management and other departments. Comply with all health, personal safety and GMP policies and procedures. General housekeeping to keep the plant clean and audit ready. Skills, Experience & Qualifications 2-3 years of Manufacturing Experience is preferred Strong character with strong integrity Process oriented Excellent attention to detail Comfortable with company culture Loyalty and comfort with position level Essential Physical Requirements Mobility in a manufacturing environment, including stairs and ladders, with a high level of exertion and flexibility for up to 8 hours per shift. Able to bend, stoop and crouch on a regular basis to adjust settings on machinery and constantly moves about to coordinate and help with the workload. Frequently lift overhead, carry or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 50+ pounds. Use J-knife for roll transfers and utility knife for cutting down scrap.
