We are seeking a Finishing Operator to perform essential finishing, inspection, and assembly tasks. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving our core team goals of Zero Defects and 100% On-Time Delivery . Production & Execution:
Complete manual finishing and assembly tasks as assigned by your department lead or supervisor using standard work methods.
Quality Control & Inspection:
Carefully inspect components for surface quality, color consistency, profile appearance, and exact dimensions. Utilize item spec sheets to verify accuracy and immediately flag quality variances to leadership.
Shift Documentation:
Maintain clear, precise, and timely production and finishing paperwork throughout your shift.
Proactive Planning:
Coordinate ahead of time with material handlers regarding upcoming production runs, required materials, and necessary line changeovers. 5
S & Workplace Organization:
Champion clean and organized production lines by following daily housekeeping and 5S protocols, including the correct labeling and sorting of scrap gaylords and barrels.
Continuous Improvement:
Bring a positive, proactive attitude to the team to help make production processes safer, more efficient, and more streamlined. Requirements What We're Looking For (Requirements)
Education:
High school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

A positive attitude, excellent dependability (being here every single day), the ability to be a great teammate, and strong multi-tasking skills.
