Essential Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: Selecting or modifying components according to measurements and specifications Must be able to stand for up to 10 hours per day Use air and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require. Must be flexible in work assignments, as different seating models require different assembly operations Constantly lift and/or move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs. Good understanding of quality control principles Good communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent hand-eye coordination Aligning material and putting together parts to build more complex units These are entry-level opportunities. Training will be provided, and no previous experience is necessary Open to learn new skills such as Sewing Upholstery, and woodworking Qualified Applicants for

Immediate Consideration Should Have:

Reliable Transportation Good Attendance Record Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environment is beneficial, but not required Stander shift is 5:45 am to 2:15 pm. However, when on overtime 4:45 AM to 3:15 PM (10-hour shifts). Shift time may change as production needs change.
