Machine Operator

Machine Operator | Holland, MI | Weekly pay Roll Press Op Operating a large roll press through HMI. Mainly automated but may have to climb a few feet (with step stool) to clean press or change oil or rethread the line. Needs to be comfortable with large machines but does not need necessarily have to be a technical expert to run the machine. I would just stress that they are comfortable around HMI or working with computers. So basically technologically capable. lift bobbins (~40 pounds), sometimes for a whole shift depending on current training and how many people show up for that shift. Rotating 12 hour shift schedule
