Job Description

Install threaded inserts and perform light mechanical assembly on aerospace parts Conduct final visual inspections to ensure parts meet strict quality standards Identify even the smallest defects or inconsistencies Package finished components for shipment with care and accuracy Maintain accurate records and update jobs in our ERP system Follow detailed work instructions, drawings, and aerospace requirements Final Inspection and Packaging
  • Strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and small parts
  • Basic math skills (measurements, fractions, decimals)
  • Comfortable using a computer / ERP system
  • Ability to follow structu
