Weekly pay Monthly gas bonus opportunities Safety and attendance bonus opportunities Year-end bonus potential PTO and 401(k) with company match available Day 1 Medical, dental, and vision benefits Company-paid employee dental and core vision coverage Tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities Paid parental leave, pet insurance, and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Stable, full-time opportunity with overtime available What You'll Do Operate extrusion saw equipment and related machinery safely and efficiently Read production schedules, work orders, and customer orders Cut, move, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility Assemble and stage customer orders for shipment Label and identify materials accurately Retrieve and transport materials between production and storage areas Sort and store materials according to product specifications Safely load and unload materials in restricted spaces Use tape measures, calipers, decimals, fractions, and other basic math skills during production processes Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent 3-6 months of related manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience Ability to read tape measures and perform basic math calculations Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or willingness to become certified Experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments Basic computer knowledge and comfort using applications Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, and lift throughout the shift Frequently lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally more than 50 pounds Ability to work in a noisy manufacturing environment around moving machinery Must be able to wear required PPE and safety equipment About Schupan At Schupan, we are committed to positively impacting our people, communities, and planet.
