Coater Machine Operator

Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30

PM Starting Pay:

$22.75/hour (includes shift premium) $2,500

Sign-On Bonus :

Paid in increments through your first year

What You'll Do:

Setup, operate, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot coating machinery to ensure efficient production. Adjust machine settings (temperature, speed, flow rate) to meet product specifications Inspect and test products to maintain strict quality standards throughout the process. Handle raw materials and finished goods with care in a clean, organized environment Follow safety procedures and contribute to a strong safety-first culture

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma or equivalent Manufacturing experience or mechanical aptitude preferred Basic computer/data entry skills Strong attention to detail and safety mindset Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout shift Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed
