Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust extrusion equipment according to production requirements and specifications.- Monitor machine operations diligently to ensure consistent product quality, making necessary adjustments as needed.
- Perform thorough quality checks on finished products, including precise measurements and visual inspections for defects.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and perform minor maintenance tasks to ensure continuous operation.
- Accurately record production data, including output, scrap, and downtime, maintaining clear documentation.
- Strictly follow all safety procedures and actively maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist with material changes, tooling adjustments, and machine setup procedures efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets and objectives.
