Milan, Michigan Pay:
$18-25/
Hour Shifts Available:
6:00 AM•4:30 PM 4:00 PM•2:30 AM About the Role We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our team in Milan, Michigan. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in producing quality parts, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate production machinery safely and efficiently Perform routine quality checks on parts and materials Monitor machines for proper operation and report issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Meet daily production goals and standards Qualifications Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience Required Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs as needed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable attendance and punctuality Willingness to work assigned shift and overtime when needed
