Job Description
CNC Milling machines Set up includes loading tooling required to run the part, loading programs, Using tool pre-setter. or touching off tooling manually. Stepping through part. Very little programming invoived, some editing may be required. First piece inspection, filling out or creating inspection report. Taking part to inspection for verification. Operating includes running and inspecting parts. Optimizing run time, Machine maintenance (getting metal chips out, oil,way lube, coolant, check and fill, greasing chuck, cleaning machine and area) Driving forklift is required (will train) Also required to run secondary machine
