We are hiring motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team as Press Operators and Assembly Associates.   • Thursday Key Responsibilities As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality automotive components.
Press Operation:
Loading and unloading materials into press lines, operating machinery, and performing die changeovers.
Assembly:
Operating assembly line equipment, loading, assembling, and welding parts using established processes.
Quality Control:
Inspecting parts produced to ensure they meet high-quality standards and completing necessary documentation.
Qualifications Minimum Requirement:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Skills:
Ability to follow detailed work instructions and processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify sheet metal/aluminum defects. General knowledge of quality systems is a plus.

Basic computer skills (ERP system knowledge is a plus).
Physical Demands:
Ability to stand for 8 hours or more. Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs. Ability to perform occasional lifting, climbing, carrying, pulling, bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift. Why Join our team?
