Machine Operator - Day Shift

Who We're Looking For We're hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Machine Operator for our Day Shift team. This role is primarily focused on quality control, packaging, and product testing to help ensure every product meets our standards before it leaves the facility. You'll work closely with the production team to maintain consistency, accuracy, and efficiency throughout the process, while also supporting basic machine operation as needed. This position follows a 12-hour Dupont-style schedule designed to provide consistent full-time hours while giving employees more days off each month than days worked. The schedule includes built-in extended time off and a predictable rotation, making it a great fit for people who value both stability and work-life balance.
