Why you'll love it here Dynamic team environment with an onsite workout gym Employee appreciation cookouts and events Competitive compensation with a premium benefits package 401k, paid holidays, and paid vacation Flexible schedules supporting work/life balance Your schedule Day shift choices: 7:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Night shift includes a shift premium What you'll do Program and machine 2D/3D toolpaths for plastic injection mold components Set up and run Makino, Fidia, or DMG machines Operate with Heidenhain and Fanuc controls Apply laser tool setting and utilize machine macros Handle overhead cranes and forklifts safely Work effectively around oils and lubricants on the production floor What you bring Team-first mindset with integrity and sound judgment 3-5 years of CNC programming experience; Tebis proficiency is a big advantage Hands-on background in plastic injection molds Strong capability with 2D operations and 3D surface machining Ability to stand/walk frequently; occasional bending and climbing; pushing/pulling Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
