Duties Operate and maintain various types of machinery including injection molding, stamping presses, and flexo presses. Perform trimming operations to ensure products meet quality specifications and deburring excess material on products Use sanders Paint raw product to consumer liking Make sure product is to quality specifications Conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members on assembly lines to meet production goals. Handle materials safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols within the manufacturing facility. Utilize hand tools and basic math skills for assembly and fabrication tasks. Participate in quality control processes to maintain high standards of production output. Repetitive use of hands and lifting Will be working with chemicals Package and prepare product for shipment Qualifications Capable of learning air tool operation ( sander, grinder, paint gun, etc.) Capable of learning hand tool operation ( drills, scrappers, hammer, etc.) Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide Be able to lift 30lbs with assistance Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Computer skills are helpful Verbal and written communication skills Be able to work individually and as a team Must be able to follow detailed instructions Reliable transportation Must be able to work overtime, including 10 hours and weekends when required
