Job Description

Flight Mold & Engineering is an established manufacturer of high quality plastic components, and is currently seeking dependable, motivated operators to join our team. We are hiring for afternoon and midnight shifts and offer a stable work environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Operators are responsible for running and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure product meets established quality standards. This includes routine part inspection, basic production documentation and following written and verbal instructions while maintaining clean and organized work areas
Requirements:
Candidates must be reliable and ready to learn. Basic math and counting skills are required along with the ability to stay organized. This position requires standing for extended periods of time and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This position offers opportunities for rapid advancement for employees who show reliability, strong performance and a willingness to learn. Operators may be trained into higher-level roles with increased responsibility based on demonstrated abilities.
