Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Duties Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), and CNC programming techniques to ensure precise machining operations. Read shop orders and specifications for accurate fabrication. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and ensure product specifications are achieved. Handle materials efficiently within the factory or warehouse environment. Conduct quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from specifications; document findings accurately. Maintain a clean and organized workspace adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Ability to read shop orders. Knowledge of quality control procedures utilizing precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting machine issues effectively. Prior warehouse experience or working within a manufacturing environment that emphasizes safety and efficiency is advantageous.
