The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sewing, with experience operating sewing machines and working in a warehouse environment. This role is essential to ensuring the efficient production of high-quality garments and products. Responsibilities Operate and maintain sewing machines to produce garments according to specifications. Perform hooping, trimming, folding and boxing garments. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in embroidery and sewing is preferred. Familiarity with various types of sewing machines and their operation. Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
