We deliver bounce houses, water slides, soft play sets, tents, and more to families across Oakland and Macomb County every weekend — and we're expanding. We're hiring 2-3 motivated, physically fit individuals to join our weekend delivery crew. You'll ride alongside our experienced team, learn the full operation, and get paid per job — not by the hour. On a busy Saturday, crew members walk away with $150-$200 in a single morning. Lead drivers earn $250-$300. This is not just a weekend gig. The top performer from this group will be promoted to Lead Driver, running their own truck and trailer with higher earning potential. We want people who are hungry, reliable, and ready to grow. What you'll do: Load, deliver, and set up inflatables, soft play equipment, tents, tables, and chairs at homes and events across Metro Detroit. Break down and pick up equipment after events. Show up on time, work hard, and represent BounceTopia professionally at every stop. What we're looking for: Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs. Available Saturday and Sunday mornings starting around 7-8 AM. Reliable — if you're on the schedule, you show up. Driver's license preferred but not required to start.

Pay:

$15 per job during training → $20 per job as crew → $30 per job as Lead Driver. Pay increases are based on performance, not time. Routes typically wrap up by early afternoon. Apply now and tell us why you want in.
