The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Assembly to work at a company located in the Vicksburg, MI area! Job Title Assembly Position Location Vicksburg 49097 Pay/hours for position 1st Shift- Mon-Fri | 6:45AM - 3PM $16 Requirements of position 1. This is a standing position — employees must stand for the entire shift (except for two paid breaks and one 15-minute unpaid lunch). No seating is available at the press. 2. Frequent walking, reaching, and use of hands; occasional bending, climbing, or crouching. 3. Ability to regularly lift and/or move 35-50 pounds. 4. Must have good overall vision (close, distance, color, and depth perception). 5. Work environment includes moving machinery, moderate noise, and occasional exposure to heat, fumes, or airborne particles. 6. Prior injection molding experience preferred; must complete required training. 7. Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures. 8. Basic computer, communication, math, and problem-solving skills required. 9. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions in a structured environment. Responsibilities of position The Assembly role involves reviewing inspection plans, work instructions, quality alerts, and control samples before production, communicating any production or quality concerns to Supervisors, maintaining 5S standards and workstation cleanliness, meeting required production rates, demonstrating strong attention to detail, and supporting the training of new team members on job tasks, quality expectations, 5S practices, and rate requirements. 1. Follow all rules, procedures, and customer requirements. 2. Communicate with supervisors, quality staff, and coworkers. 3. Check instructions and quality standards before starting work. 4. Record production info (how many parts, scrap, labels, etc.) 5. Pack parts correctly. 6. Label products properly. 7. Report problems or quality issues right away. 8. Help other areas if needed. 9.
