worked paid at 40 hrs. worked) Requirements of position 1. This is a standing position — employees must stand for the entire shift (except for two paid breaks and one 15-minute unpaid lunch). No seating is available at the press. 2. Frequent walking, reaching, and use of hands; occasional bending, climbing, or crouching. 3. Ability to regularly lift and/or move 35-50 pounds. 4. Must have good overall vision (close, distance, color, and depth perception). 5. Work environment includes moving machinery, moderate noise, and occasional exposure to heat, fumes, or airborne particles. 6. Prior injection molding experience preferred; must complete required training. 7. Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, and procedures. 8. Basic computer, communication, math, and problem-solving skills required. 9. Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions in a structured environment. Responsibilities of position Operate injection molding presses or perform hand assembly, including loading parts, running cycles, and packing finished goods for shipment. Follow work instructions to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards. Review inspection plans, record scrap, ensure proper labeling, pack parts, and report any quality issues to the Supervisor or Plant Manager. 1. Follow all rules, procedures, and customer requirements. 2. Communicate with supervisors, quality staff, and coworkers. 3. Check instructions and quality standards before starting work. 4. Record production info (how many parts, scrap, labels, etc.) 5. Pack parts correctly. 6. Label products properly. 7. Report problems or quality issues right away. 8. Help other areas if needed. 9.
