Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. Whether you are an entry-level candidate eager to develop your skills or an experienced professional with a background in machine operation, assembly, or manufacturing, this role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-quality production processes. A successful candidate will come with an eager mindset to learn how to operate and work with various production machinery. This position emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate various automated plastic and packaging machinery to produce finished goods according to customer requirements. Perform hourly quality checks on products to ensure correct products are being made in manufacturing processes Conduct routine inspections using visual quality inspection processes Use measuring tape/ruler to measure down to 1/16th of an inch for quality Perform packaging and palletization of finished materials for shipping Troubleshoot basic machine issues and clear jams as needed Cross-train in different areas of manufacturing to learn and grow with the team Requirements Ability to stand during full shift and lift up to 35-40 lbs. Work effectively in a team environment to obtain daily production goals Measuring with tape measures/rulers is a plus Good communication skills for effective teamwork within manufacturing environments.
