The ideal candidate will possess mechanical knowledge and experience with various tools and equipment. Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace to promote safety. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines within the manufacturing facility. Requirements Must be able to set up and operate saw machinery for cutting various materials. Must be capable of learning how to control machine speed, material feed, and path of cut. Must adhere to quality and safety standards and quality assurance procedures and processes. Must know how to plan out the cutting of material and understand demand for like material across multiple projects to reduce handling and increase efficiencies. Must be capable of interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T). Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials as needed. A positive attitude with strong teamwork skills is essential. Must have unrestricted dexterity. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to stand on feet by machine and run parts for entire work day. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, balance, and rotate trunk of body without restrictions. Must be capable of using basic measurement tools.
