This is a full-time, first-shift position in our Blending Department , ideal for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who values steady hours, job stability, and a team-focused environment . Why You'll Like This Job First shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM No mandatory overtime Family-owned, stable, and growing company Supportive team and clean, organized work environment Strong benefits package after 90 days Job Overview As a Blending Assistant, you will support daily production by assisting with chemical blending, material handling, labeling, and palletizing . All blending is performed using documented procedures, safety guidelines, and supervisor verification . Training is provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily chemical blending operations Weigh and prepare materials per batch instructions Mix products in tanks and totes following blending procedures Label, barcode, and package finished products Assist with specialty and first-batch blends Build and stack cartons and pallets Follow all safety, PPE, and quality guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other warehouse tasks as needed What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and transportation Attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills Familiarity with hand tools (drills, wrenches, etc.) Basic computer skills Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to work independently when needed Preferred Qualifications Warehouse or manufacturing experience Forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification High school diploma or equivalent Physical Requirements Ability to stand or sit for an 8-hour shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM First shift Benefits (After 90 Days) Paid holidays Paid vacation (80 hours; increases with tenure) Paid sick time (40 hours) Medical, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with 3% company match Work Environment This position is based in a warehouse/manufacturing setting .
