Job Description

Quest Car Care Products is growing and looking to add a Fulfillment Specialist to our team. The Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations through hands-on production, packaging, and fulfillment work. In this role, we need you to be reliable, flexible, and willing to assist wherever needed on the production floor. We would love someone that is looking for long-term employment to grow with us. Quest Car Care Products manufactures high-quality chemicals trusted by car washes, truck washes, and detailers. Our comprehensive range includes pre-soaks, degreasers, specialty cleaners, shampoos, ceramic-infused products, waxes, tire shine, dressings, fragrances, aerosols, and reclaim water care. With our strong marketing support and a dedicated team, we are committed to ensuring our customers' success. As a Fulfillment Specialist at Quest Car Care Systems, some of your duties will include: Fill pails, drums, and containers using manual and automated equipment Operate filling, packaging, and basic production machinery Label containers accurately and ensure proper product identification Inspect finished products for defects, leaks, or labeling errors Assist with packaging, sealing, and palletizing finished goods Move raw materials, packaging, and finished goods throughout the facility Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, drum carts, and other material-handling equipment Stage finished products for shipment Assist with order fulfillment and loading as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas Assist with general facility cleaning and maintenance tasks Support equipment cleaning between production runs Properly dispose of waste and recycling materials Work cooperatively with Team Leaders and coworkers Communicate issues related to quality, safety, or equipment We would expect our ideal candidate to have the following experience and skills: High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in manufacturing, fulfillment, or production environments preferred Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Basic math skills for accurate measuring, weighing, and recording of materials Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and consistency Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety rules, and chemical handling requirements Willingness to wear required PPE and comply with all safety policies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment If you are interested in working with a great, established, and growing company, please apply confidentially today at https://questccp.bamboohr.com/careers/19. $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
