Job Description

Overview The Machine Operator we are seeking should have a mechanical aptitude and patience . They are detail-oriented, comfortable sitting or standing while looking at tiny parts, can navigate a basic computer software screen to load programs, and prefer a steady, predictable Monday-through-Friday daytime schedule.

Duties Machine Setup & Programming:
Calibrate and program automated SMT pick-and-place machinery according to specific client PCB schematics and design parameters.
Material Loading & Feeding:
Accurately load and track component reels, matrix trays, solder paste, and flux into feeders, ensuring correct placement and alignment before launching production runs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Prior experience operating SMT equipment or working within an electronics assembly/manufacturing environment is preferred (though training will be provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude).
Detail-Oriented:
A strict eye for quality control and precision as you will be working with very small parts.
Pay:
$18.00•$19.00 per hour
