Saw Operator:

• Execute daily production schedule
• Inspect molds for damage and clean/wax as necessary
• Clay and tape molds according to pre-gel coating specs
• Apply proper gel coat per part specifications
• Build parts following resin transfer molding procedures
• Install hardware when required
• Wet trim parts after layup and before pulling
• Pull completed parts from mold after lamination process
• Verify finished work meets specifications
• Record required activities in computer system
• Safely store and stage hazardous materials at end of shift What You Need to Bring to the

Saw Operator Role:

• Must have experience using power & hand tools in a manufacturing environment
• Solid work attendance and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand work instructions, part prints, and quality control equipment
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment and properly clean equipment
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Strong attention to detail
