Wage:

$18.00/hr (Finishers) | Up to $20.00/hr (Operators) Higher starting pay may be available for candidates with Delta Mod Tech, Zund, or Preco experience Benefits of the manufacturing machine operator: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) with company match Employer-funded HSA and FSA options On-site gym and meditation spaces Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Fully stocked kitchen with free coffee Team events, celebrations, and holiday parties Career growth into senior and specialized roles Duties of the manufacturing machine operator: Operate lamination and die-cutting equipment Perform assembly, labeling, and adhesive application Remove and finish parts from material sheets Inspect products to ensure quality standards Complete production logs and documentation Assist with machine maintenance and upkeep Work with plastic and rubber materials Troubleshoot minor production issues Requirements of the manufacturing machine operator: High school diploma or GED 1+ year of manufacturing experience Ability to lift up to 40 lbs Basic math and computer skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints Meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident)
