Opportunity:

Follows detailed processing instructions to pre-batch and blend raw materials to create a batch of industrial or architectural colorant. This position performs various manufacturing tasks as assigned.

What You'll Be Doing:

Select, pull, measure, and stage raw materials for manufacturing Follow batch slip instructions to incorporate raw materials in high-speed mixers to mix and blend batches Make lab adjustments, incorporate approved samples, and maintain raw material samples from daily premixes Operate paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment such as high-speed dispersers (HSDs), pumps, valves, battery chargers, drum handling equipment, and forklifts, etc., in an efficient and safe manner Monitor raw materials and finished goods for quality What makes you a great fit: MUST be reliable and looking for stable, long-term employment. This is a direct hire but the nature of the job increases the turnover risk - we can minimize this by only submitting candidates with strong work history with no job hopping. Employee must be able to tolerate non-toxic paint odors and be able to wear a respirator as required. Why work with our client?
