Job Description

We are seeking dynamic and detail
  • oriented entry level machine operators to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machine equipment to produce high-quality products. Your experience will ensure efficient production processes ,aherence to safety standards, and consistent product quality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing projects and utilizing your skills in a manufacturing production environment. Job Responsibilities will include the following: Operate machine equipment, hand and power tools Trimming and inspecting of finished products Conduct regular equipment inspections and adhered maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support continuous workflow Maintain communication with team management to ensure that work will be completed on schedule and in compliance with established practices Establish and maintain good working relationships with team members and be willing to work in any and all areas of the company as requested to maintain team assets Maintain cleanliness and general appearance of facilities and surrounding work areas Must be able to identify work priorities, meet deadlines, and function with little or no supervision Will be required to assist in troubleshooting and repairing problems with possible heavy lifting and working in cramped quarters Will be held accountable for assembly quality and consistency, and final quality of the finished product Required to stand for extended periods of time and move about the facility Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, fumes and orders Qualifications; High School diploma/GED Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation Strong commuication skills Ability to read and interpret operating manuals and engineering standards Strong analytical and problem solving skills Must have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic Team player Attention to detail Ability to work with others Ability to work 10
