You have a strong understanding of batching processes, raw material handling, equipment operation, and GMP standards. You are detail-oriented, safety-focused, dependable, and comfortable troubleshooting production issues while supporting both the production team and less experienced employees. What You'll Do Independently prepare, mix, and blend product batches following SOPs and batch instructions Accurately weigh and measure raw materials Operate kettles, mixers, homogenizers, transfer pumps, and related compounding equipment Troubleshoot minor batching, mixing, or equipment issues Complete batch records, production logs, and ERP/MRP system entries accurately Support pre-weighing and material verification activities Transfer completed batches to filling lines according to company procedures Collect and deliver product samples for quality testing Clean and sanitize tanks, hoses, utensils, and compounding equipment Assist production teams as needed to maintain workflow and schedules Support and provide guidance to less experienced compounders Follow all GMP, safety, PPE, and sanitation requirements What You'll Bring Required Qualifications 3-5 years of prior compounding experience in manufacturing High school diploma or equivalent Experience with chemical blending, batching, mixing, or formulation processes Strong understanding of raw materials, production processes, and formulation principles Ability to accurately follow detailed instructions and batch documentatio Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and computer-based documentation Additional Skills & Abilities Strong math and measurement skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Forklift experience is a plus (training provided) Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Flexibility to work overtime and weekends when needed Why Federal Package?
