Opportunity:
Compounders blend and mix ingredients for large batch formulations used in personal care products. This role follows standard operating procedures and detailed work instructions to ensure accurate, safe, and high-quality production.
What You'll Be Doing:
Read and follow mixing instructions to blend ingredients in large kettles, including weighing raw materials and drums, and transferring materials to and from industrial ovens using assistive equipment. Record batch data and material usage following SOPs, GMP, and FDA requirements, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and track chemical inventory using ERP/MRP systems. Operate a forklift as needed and ensure proper use of PPE at all times. What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Prior compounding and personal care blending experience required, along with previous manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Strong English communication skills, basic math ability, and ability to follow detailed instructions and standard work procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, use a computer and read scales, stand/walk most of an 8-hour shift, and lift up to 50 lbs. Forklift experience or willingness to be trained required, with flexibility to work occasional overtime, including Saturdays. Why work with our client?
