This role requires you to feed wires into buffing machines, verify measurements with automatic measuring machines, and perform adjustments as necessary. You will also inspect visually, check dimensions using micrometers and calipers, and document your work following detailed instructions. Opportunities for cross-training to other machine stations and the clean room area are available. Responsibilities Operate manual and automated machines in the grinding department. Work Environment Work in a medical-regulated environment that is organized, well-lit, and clean. You will mostly stand on floor mats, although some sitting is involved. The beautiful break room is equipped with vending machines, fridges, and microwaves. You will be working around larger, safe machines that require attention to detail and good dexterity. The weekend PM shift runs from Friday to Sunday, with specific hours for each day. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Circle Pines, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.40 - $23.40/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
