What You'll Do as the Filler Operator Support new production initiatives, including technology, systems, processes, and job roles, ensuring smooth transitions and effective training Participate in training for new processes and equipment, including self-study Clean Filler/Blender machines and production lines per schedule Operate Filler/Blender machines and perform maintenance checks Complete required hourly records Maintain cleanliness in work areas Ensure proper labels, lids, and CO2 levels, taking corrective actions as needed Perform tasks assigned by supervisors or customers What You Need to Bring to the

Filler Operator Role:

1+ years of experience in a fast-paced production environment is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting abilities Ability to stand for extended periods of time, frequently bend and stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations Familiarity with Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and customer portals Ability to interact effectively with employees, vendors, customers, and visitors Why Join?
