Thermoform Machine Operator

Thermoform Machine Operator Great Company to work for: A growing family-owned and operated plastics fabrication company in the Coon Rapids, MN area is hiring for a Machine Operator (Thermoform) on first shift. If you have experience working within a manufacturing setting, can operate machines and are mechanically inclined, this is the right job for you! The Thermoforming Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up former, programming machine, loading plastic and forming finished goods.

Pay:

$19-23/hr. depending on experience.

Shift Hours:

Monday through Thursday, 5:30 AM to 3:30 PM, temp-to-hire.

Job Responsibilities:

Follow company policies including safety and production. Maintain an orderly and clean work area. Accurate recording of time and work performed. Meet quality and performance expectations for work area. Communicate issues affecting job performance, safety, and quality to department supervisor. Perform preventative maintenance as assigned. Have the ability to effectively communicate with all team members. Have the ability to safely use basic hand and power tools. Ability to work in a hot environment. Commit to flexible schedule and have excellent punctuality and attendance.

Required Skills:

Education

• Must have a High School diploma or GED. Preferred
• 2 years' experience operating machines in a manufacturing setting. Preferred
• Basic math and computer skills.

Shipping and receiving experience is a plus. Must pass a background check successfully. Must be able to follow detail instructions and communicate effectively. Join Us.
