Pre-Festival Crew Overview The Pre-Festival Crew plays a critical role in preparing Soo Pass Ranch—transforming the grounds into a fully operational festival site. Key Responsibilities Clean and prepare buildings, booths, bar areas, and restrooms Set up equipment including bike racks, signage, tables, and chairs Assist with campground setup and preparation Mow and maintain festival grounds Move kegs and other supplies (heavy lifting required) Support various teams with general site setup tasks Skills & Qualifications Able to lift and move equipment safely Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions Reliable, team-oriented, and ready to work Flexible and willing to jump in where needed Schedule Work begins in the days leading up to the festival with some starting July 27th and majority starting on Saturday August 1st. The shift for these positions vary depending on the job. Typically it they will be an 8 or 9 am start and a 4- 5 pm end time each day.
