Full‑Time | 3rd Shift (Overnight) (Overtime may be available) Job Summary We are hiring Food Production Associates to support a growing food manufacturing operation in Eagan, MN. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced production role ideal for individuals who are dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working overnight shifts. You'll play a key role in producing, packaging, and inspecting food products while following strict food safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Work on food production and packaging lines Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment Package, label, and inspect finished food products Follow all food safety, quality, and sanitation guidelines Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with standards Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand for long periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer $22.50/hour starting pay Consistent, full‑time 3rd shift schedule Opportunity for overtime Benefits may include: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Opportunity for long‑term placement and advancement Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
