This role is essential to producing high-quality fabricated parts while supporting our commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence. Key Responsibilities PEM hardware insertion Assembly of fabricated materials Helicoil and rivet installation Part marking and stamping Sorting and packaging Perform required quality checks Accurately record counts and production data Use required computer programs Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to Leads or Managers What We're Looking For Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment Work completed in an accurate and productive manner Ability to follow all company rules and policies Good communication skills with supervisors, quality, and co-workers Ability to work well in a strong team environment Flexibility and ability to multi-task Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
