Machine Operator

Job Title:

Machine Operator 1st shift - $19-$22 Job Description This role supports daily production as a machine operator and shop helper, working with turret punch equipment, assisting with setups, performing basic inspections, deburring parts, and packaging finished components to meet quality and production standards in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate and assist with turret punch machines, including basic setup and adjustments as directed. Support shop operations by performing general shop labor tasks as needed. Inspect parts visually and with basic measuring tools to ensure they meet quality specifications and blueprint requirements. Read and interpret simple blueprints to understand part requirements and verify accuracy of finished parts. Perform deburring of metal parts to remove sharp edges and ensure a clean, finished product. Package parts carefully and accurately, following established procedures to prevent damage and maintain traceability. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including machine and surrounding shop floor. Follow all safety policies and procedures, using required personal protective equipment and reporting any hazards or issues. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to support efficient production flow and meet daily production goals. Document work as required, such as counting parts, labeling packaged items, and recording basic production information. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Isanti, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
