Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Masterson Staffing Solutions is now recruiting Machine Operators for our Client Customer in Maple Lake, MN. 2nd shift: 3:45p-1:45a M-Thurs $20/hour

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate rotational molding equipment according to production schedules and specifications.

Load and unload molds with raw materials and finished products.

Monitor molding cycles and make adjustments to ensure consistent product quality.

Remove finished products from molds and perform necessary trimming, assembly, or finishing tasks.

Inspect molded parts for defects and perform quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

Maintain accurate production and quality records as required.

Follow standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and work instructions.

Assist with mold changes, machine maintenance, and cleaning as needed.

Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production goals and improve processes.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area, including equipment and tools

Qualifications:

Previous experience in plastic molding or manufacturing preferred but not required—on-the-job training provided.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions, production schedules, and safety guidelines.

Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Willingness to work in a hot manufacturing environment and follow all safety regulations.

Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime or rotating shifts as needed.

Driver's License required.
