Fridays Pay:

$18.00 per hour Full‑time, long‑term job opportunity Pallet Machine Operator Responsibilities Operate an automated pallet nailing machine to assemble wood pallets Start up, set up, change over, and safely shut down equipment per procedures Operate and monitor the machine's computer/PLC system Ensure pallets meet quality standards and customer specifications Perform visual inspections for missed nails and other defects Change machine settings to required pallet patterns and dimensions Keep the production line running efficiently with minimal downtime and scrap Power up and power down equipment safely and effectively Motivate and assist line helpers to ensure strong job performance Maintain a safe and organized work area Requirements for the Pallet Machine Operator Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment Ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues and monitor production flow Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to stand for long periods and work in a production environment Willingness to submit to a criminal background check Apply online at penmac.com, email your resume to wadena@penmac.com, or contact Penmac Staffing - Wadena at 218‑632‑9675.
