Full Job Description Adaptable Workforce Solutions (AWS) is looking to hire an Inkjet Operator I in Minneapolis, MN. We want you to be part of our growing team! If you have experience in manufacturing, printing, direct mail operations, or machine operation, this could be a great opportunity for you.

3:30 PM-12:00 AM (Monday to Friday) Job Summary The Inkjet Operator I is an entry-level machine operator responsible for assisting with the setup and operation of inkjet equipment used in direct mail production. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, technology, and quality-focused production processes. Responsibilities Operate and assist with the setup of inkjet machines Read and follow job instructions and work orders Verify materials and stock before production runs Download and manage production data files accurately Monitor print quality and ensure production standards are met Sort and containerize mail as needed Perform quality checks and make adjustments when necessary Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, direct mail, printing, or machine operating experience preferred Basic computer skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must Pass a Background Check Please email your Resume to [email protected]
