Opportunity:

The Kluge Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Kluge press equipment to perform tasks such as foil stamping, die cutting, embossing, and scoring. This role ensures jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to quality standards and production schedules.

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and operate Kluge press machines according to job specifications Run foil stamping, die cutting, embossing, and/or scoring jobs Load materials and adjust machine settings for proper alignment and pressure Monitor production runs to ensure quality and consistency Inspect finished products for defects and make adjustments as needed Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines What makes you a great fit: The company is ideally seeking a candidate with experience in foil stamping and embossing.
